  • Passing score: 60 percent

FAQs

Who are Bactrya training courses suitable for?
Our programs are aimed at anyone who is interested in artificial intelligence, is already working in this area or sees their professional future in it. Specialists, project managers and managers are addressed.
What previous knowledge do I need?
Foundation training does not require any special previous knowledge. Basic IT skills are helpful, but you can also balance them with your own preparation. Advanced programs may require certain knowledge. Details can be found on the respective course pages.
What proof of completion do you provide?
Regardless of whether you take the exam, we issue a Certificate of Attendance to all participants after every training course. You will also always receive a Certificate of Attendance from Bactrya for workshops. For programs that include an exam, an official certificate can additionally be obtained.
Will I receive a certificate if I complete the training?
After attending a training course, you will first receive a Certificate of Attendance from Bactrya. If you also take the optional exam and pass it successfully, you will receive an official certificate issued by AICCI or Austrian Standards, confirming the knowledge you have acquired.
How does a training course work?
Our training courses are hands-on and clearly structured. After a brief introduction to the topic, you will build solid knowledge step by step. This is supported by practical examples, interactive elements, and exchange with other participants. At the end, we answer any open questions, go through sample exam questions together, review the key content, and discuss common topics and typical questions.

Are the training courses online or on-site?
By default, our training courses take place online. On-site sessions can be arranged upon request.

Yes. We offer tailored programs for companies that want to upskill entire teams or departments in the field of artificial intelligence. We will be happy to pepare an individual offer. Contact us to get started.
In which languages are the training courses available?
All training courses are available in German and English. Both language versions are equivalent in content and meet the same quality standards. Additional languages are planned. Please refer to the individual training dates to see which language the session will be delivered in.
Wie kann ich meine Teilnahme bezahlen?
Die Bezahlung erfolgt per Überweisung. Sie können zwischen Vorauszahlung und Zahlung auf Rechnung wählen. Diese Regelung gilt für alle Schulungen und Workshops von Bactrya. Die Rechnung ist vor Beginn der Veranstaltung zu begleichen.
Kann ich meine Teilnahme stornieren?
Eine kostenfreie Stornierung ist bis 15 Werktage vor Beginn der Schulung möglich. Erfolgt die Stornierung später oder erscheint der/die Teilnehmende nicht, wird die volle Teilnahmegebühr fällig. Diese Regelung gilt auch für Schulungen, die im Rahmen eines Schulungspakets gebucht wurden.
